To use Quotly, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for:

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Quotly and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your content remains yours, but you grant us a license to use it to provide the service.

Certain features of the App may require payment. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay all applicable fees. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in these Terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quotly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the service.

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the App. Your continued use of the service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
